We ship standard ground shipping through UPS only through the online store. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, please contact customer service for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time.

Orders must be received by 3 p.m PST to ship the same day. If received after 3 p.m., orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), as UPS does not deliver via standard shipping on weekends.

All returns made without proper return authorization will not be accepted. All returned items must be within 30 days of purchase date along with the copy of the invoice.


All returns must be in unused and in resalable condition to be accepted. If there are any discrepancy in the order, you have 30 days to call for any compensation. We reserve the right to determine the saleability of the returned item(s).


Refund and credit checks will be issued within 10 days of accepted return. Please allow 2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Any valid returns past 30 days can be credited back to your account. Credit offer expire after 1 year of invoice date.

Any return without notice will not be fulfilled. Please make sure to contact customer service before sending in the return.

Shipping labels are only generated if we have shipped the wrong item(s). If you are returning items for any other reason, please ship the item back at your own discretion. If the item was shipped damaged, please contact customer service.
